With a career spanning over two decades as a Senior Marketing and Vendor Relations Executive, I am recognized for my achievements in both B2B and B2C environments across various channels and global markets. My expertise encompasses comprehensive brand development, strategic marketing, communications, and vendor
negotiations.
During my tenure as Vice President of Marketing and Vendor Relations at 3Sixty Duty Free & More (formerly DFASS Group) in Miami, I spearheaded the development and launch of a new global luxury travel retail brand, focused on brand management and a global go-to-market strategy. In addition, I lead all B2B vendor negotiations for 11+ airline programs in the curation of inflight product ranges and the development of on-board and online marketing tools.
Prior to this, I held key roles at esteemed organizations such as Estee Lauder Travel Retail in London, UK, and Alpha on Board Sales and Service, launching my career in the global travel retail sector.
In 2020, I established Pivot305 Consulting Agency, providing consultancy services such as as retail concept revamps for Brightline Trains and brand ambassadorship initiatives in the US Domestic market for Bottega SpA., (the #1 selling sparkling wine in Global Travel Retail).
